1.2. The Security and Confidentiality Policy regarding personal data processed within “Fiodorov&Co” S.R.L. Pawnshop (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) was developed in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 133 of July 8, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as “Law No. 133/2011”), while respecting the principles set out in the acts mentioned in point 1.1.

1.3. The Security Policy is approved by the Administrator of “Fiodorov&Co” S.R.L. Pawnshop, IDNO: 1003600120218 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” and/or “We”), operating under the applicable legislation and the company’s statute.

2.1. This Policy provides information about how We process personal data within the Company and how We ensure the confidentiality and security of such data.

IV. WHY DID WE CREATE THIS POLICY?

4.1. The purpose of this Policy is to regulate the manner in which personal data is processed within the Company and to ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection.

4.2. The Policy aims to:
a) properly inform employees, partners, clients, and all interested persons about the Company’s data processing activities;
b) prevent unauthorized access and leakage of information containing personal data;
c) prevent unauthorized destruction, alteration, copying, or blocking of personal data;
d) ensure compliance with Law No. 133/2011 and other national and international regulations;
e) ensure the completeness, integrity, and accuracy of processed personal data.

V. PRINCIPLES

5.1. Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency: We process personal data only within the limits of the law, fairly, in good faith, and transparently.

5.2. Confidentiality and integrity: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

5.4. Data minimization: the personal data processed is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.

6.2. In relation to controllers when the Company acts as a processor:
• the purposes and legal basis are defined by the controller;
• the Company may process personal data, anonymized and/or pseudonymized data according to the controller’s instructions.

6.3. In relation to employees:
• maintaining employee records;
• employee performance evaluation and career management;
• payroll administration and compensation management;
• maintaining employment documentation;
• preparing reports required by law;
• recruitment and future employment opportunities.

VII. DATA STORAGE

7.1. During the contract period and as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations or legitimate interests, the Company may store and use certain categories of personal data in identifiable or anonymized form.
